Developing & delivering projects that centre Equity, Access, Diversity and Inclusion
Experienced at including and supporting marginalised, vulnerable or under-represented groups.
I employ co-production methods when developing work with groups and I can effectively design and deliver engagement programmes for museums, galleries and theatres.
Experience as a youth worker both in London and Cornwall along with 5 years at Tate St Ives as Assistant Curator for Young People, working with funders Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Headstart Kernow to deliver arts and cultural content for 12-25 year olds ensures that I am well-equipped as both a facilitator, Artist Educator and Programme Manager.
