I am an engagement specialist, meaning I am experienced, passionate and skilled at developing programmes or projects that include marginalised, vulnerable or under-represented groups. I have been a youth worker both in London and Cornwall and spent 5 years at Tate St Ives working with funders including Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Headstart Kernow to deliver arts and cultural content for 12-25 year olds.

I employ co-production methods when developing work with groups and I can effectively design and deliver engagement programmes for museums, galleries and theatres.
